If you are in this website is because you know us. We are Alejandro, Carlos y Alberto. The García Brothers ;-) and this is the website we have created for the flat we rent in Torrevieja (Alicante – Spain).

Few years ago, our father decided, as many other Asturians*, to buy a house by the seaside. For many years he enjoyed the mild winters of the Mediterranean but… laziness is the great enemy of travelling and for four years the flat was completely empty. As you can guess, it doesn’t make a lot of sense to have an empty house, so we decided to rent the flat to friends at a special price (read a laughable price).
