Why is the price relatively low?
As you know, we are not any company, but just three brothers, who, through the rental, want to cover the costs of maintaining the flat. That is why the price is quite reasonable in relation to market prices.
We only let the flat to people we know or people recommended by our friends, i.e. people we can trust.
Is there a minimum or maximum length of stay?
You can rent for as long as you wish, from one day to a few months. We just do not let for hours ;-)
How will I know if the flat is occupied?
Just afeter confirm a reservation, we publish the dates in the "Calendar". Simply refer to that section to check if the dates of your interest are occupied.
What is the maximum number of people that can stay in the flat at a time?
The flat is designed for up to four people, two in the room with double bed and two in the room with two single beds.
We have an air mattress for two (which you will find on the upper shelf of the closet in the master bedroom). You can also use the sofa to sleep on it, but it’s not very comfortable. In the end it is your decision, but we do not recommend more than four people, or 6 at most.
How do we make the reservation?
Once we confirm the availability of the chosen term of stay and you accept the given price, we can call the reservation confirmed. At that point, we usually charge half of the agreed price. If we have the chance to meet in person, you can pay us in cash. If not, we will give you our bank account number, so you can pay via bank transfer.
When do we receive and return the keys?
Few days or weeks before your trip, we will send you the keys by courier service or we will give them to you personally, if it’s possible.
You will receive two keys, one for the condominium and another for the flat. The key for the condominium opens both the gate to the whole complex and the door of the Block I, in which the flat is located.
The return of the keys, as well as the payment of the rest of the money (if we haven’t made the transaction on AirBnB), is made upon return. If we have a chance, we will meet in person and you’ll have a chance to share with us your experience. If not, you can send us the keys by courier (I recommend packlink) and make a money transfer to our account to pay the remaining amount.
How do we pay?
You can pay in cash or by bank transfer, whatever is more convenient for you. If you decide to do a money transfer, we will give you our bank account number.
Do we have to bring towels, bed linen...?
The flat is fully equipped and you don’t need to bring towels nor bed linen with you. We have all that in the closets of the bedrooms.
Neither is it necessary to bring equipment for the beach: beach towels, mats, umbrella and straw hats are also waiting for you in the flat.
What should we do before leaving the flat?
We do not hire any cleaning service, so we ask you to leave the flat as you would like to find it upon your arrival. For that reason we ask you to:
- Clean the flat before you go,
- Wash and dry the bed linen you will have used; if you don’t have time for it before you go, leave it in the laundry basket.
There is also a number of security and energy saving measures to be taken, which we detail below:
- Activate the safety catch of the gas cylinder (it’s under the sink)
- Unplug all appliances (except the fridge),
- Turn off the water heater (it’s in the pantry),
- Close the window blinds,
- Lock the door.
What if something in the flat breaks?
If it’s a sudden breakdown or damage is produced during normal use, there is no need to say that we will cover the repairing costs. We might ask you to pay the money in advance to cover the cost of the repair or that you’re present at home when the technician comes to fix it.
If the damage is caused by misuse or neglect, we will kindly ask you what replace or repair it and cover the costs involved.

There’s food in the fridge and the cupboards. What do we do with it?
Eat it :-). And if at the end of your stay you will have some food left, which you don’t want to take with you, you can leave it for the next guests.
