The condominium

The condominium is called “Lomas del Mar” and comprises two apartment blocks and several common areas, swimming pool and car park. From the top floor (twelfth), you can also access the terrace on the roof of the building, which has very nice views.

Concerning the car park, it’s important to note that it doesn’t have enough parking spaces for all the residents, so in the high season, there might be problems to find a free spot. However in the condominium’s surroundings it’s quite easy to find a place to park. The condominium’s car park is accessed through two gates, interior and exterior. Both are opened with one remote control. If you come by car and want to leave it in the car park, don’t hesitate to ask for it.

The swimming pool is only for the residents of the condominium. It’s very important to obey the rules regarding the use of the swimming pool (you’ll find them below). For example, before taking a bath you should take a shower on the premises. There is no need to use swimming cap. 

If you don’t obey the rules or are too loud around the swimming pool someone might call you to order. With around 100 people entitled to use the pool, it is understandable that we need to respect each other and our need to rest in a relative peace.

As we’ve mentioned, it’s important to obey all the rules of the community. The president of the community is very strict about it and will not hesitate to bring your attention for the smallest breach. In the DROPBOX folder, for which you’ll receive and invitation, you will find detailed information about the community rules. Here are the most important:

-       Do not leave towels hanging on the balustrade of the terrace.

-       Do not walk around common areas (corridors, lifts) with wet feet.

-       Do not put sunshades / umbrellas on the terrace.

-       Do not have barbecues on the terrace.

-       Obey the swimming pool rules (see the next page).
